T and B lymphocytes: Organ and age distribution in the chicken
The occurrence of T and B lymphocytes was investigated by immunofluorescence in lymphoid organs of the chicken at different ages, using specific antisera. It was found that T lymphocytes make up most of the thymic cells in 2-week-old chickens and only about one half in chickens of 9 weeks and more....
