Binding of prostaglandin E(2), to blood in man
1 A new dialysis technique has been used to investigate the binding of prostaglandin E(2) (PGE(2)) to circulating blood in five subjects. 2 The results indicate that added PGE(2) binds to blood, that the binding is to plasma albumin, and that binding is complete within 40 s of adding PGE(2).
