False-Positive Amplified Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Direct Test Results for Samples Containing Mycobacterium leprae
Nucleic acid amplification tests are widely used in mycobacteriology laboratories to rapidly detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex directly in clinical specimens.
