Estimating Scandinavian and Gaelic Ancestry in the Male Settlers of Iceland

We present findings based on a study of Y-chromosome diallelic and microsatellite variation in 181 Icelanders, 233 Scandinavians, and 283 Gaels from Ireland and Scotland.
