Isolation of Leptospira hardjo from kidneys of Ontario cattle at slaughter.
Kidneys from 117 cattle from 110 Ontario farms were examined at slaughter for leptospires. Leptospira hardjo (hardjo-bovis A) was isolated from 11 kidneys and L. kennewicki from one.
