Cardiopulmonary function was assessed in healthy cats given a xylazine-ketamine hydrochloride combination intramuscularly. Cardiac output, heart rate, stroke volume and cardiac index were significantly decreased. Systolic, diastolic and mean arterial blood pressure were also significantly decreased....
