Subunit Structure and Composition of Oat Seed Globulin

Oat (Avena sativa L.) seed globulin was extracted from ground caryopses with 1 m NaCl, 0.05 m Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminoethane (pH 8.5) at room temperature.
