A Ca(2+)/H(+) Antiport System Driven by the Proton Electrochemical Gradient of a Tonoplast H(+)-ATPase from Oat Roots
Two types of ATP-dependent calcium (Ca(2+)) transport systems were detected in sealed microsomal vesicles from oat roots.
