Purification and Properties of Hypoxically Induced Lactate Dehydrogenase from Barley Roots
Using Affigel Blue and oxamate-agarose affinity chromatography, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) was purified 2000-fold from hypoxically induced barley roots.
