Hypoglossia-hypodactyly syndrome with hydrocephalus: a clue to the aetiology?
A stillborn female with Hanhart's syndrome in association with hydrocephalus owing to stenosis of the aqueduct of Sylvius is presented. Neuropathological findings are suggestive of an acquired pathophysiological mechanism. IMAGES:
