Tardive dyskinesia presenting as severe dysphagia.
A case of tardive dyskinesia presenting with severe dysphagia as the predominant feature is described. Diagnosis was delayed because clinically apparent orofacial dyskinetic movements were minimal. The symptoms resolved following the cessation of neuroleptic medication. IMAGES:
