Drug resistance detection and mutation patterns of multidrug resistant tuberculosis strains from children in Delhi

A total of 312 sputum samples from pediatric patients presumptive of multidrug resistant tuberculosis were tested for the detection of drug resistance using the GenoTypeMTBDRplus assay.
