Extracts from Fermented Black Soybean Milk Exhibit Antioxidant and Cytotoxic Activities
In this study, ethanol extracts from 2-day fermented black soybean milk (FBE) by immobilized Rhizopus oligosporus NTU5 have been evaluated for both antioxidant and cytotoxic activities.
