THE LEGISLATIVE MISTAKES AT DESIGNING ARTICLES OF THE GENERAL PART OF THE CRIMINAL CODE
The article deals with the problem of legislative mistakes on the example of constructing individual articles of the General part of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation from the point of view of legislative technology, reveals the nature of such mistakes, and suggests ways to overcome them.
