气浮+水解酸化+接触氧化等组合工艺处理卷烟厂废水
烟草废水中含有香精香料、生物碱、酚类、醇类等多种难降解有机物, 成分复杂, 浓度较高。采用气浮+水解酸化+接触氧化+斜管沉淀+砂滤活性炭组合工艺处理此类废水。运行结果表明, 当进水COD为550 mg/L左右时, 二级出水COD<70 mg/L,中水出水COD<38 mg/L,出水水质分别达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级排放标准和《城市污水再生利用 城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920-2002)的再生水回用水质标准。该工艺运行稳定可靠, 可操作性强, 具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
