应用导流杂交基因芯片技术对HPV感染基因分型检测的研究
目的探讨核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术（flow-through hybridization and gene chip,Hybri Max）对人乳头状瘤病毒（human papillomavirus,HPV）感染分型检测中的应用。方法对558例临床患者进行液基细胞学检测（LPT）,异常者做组织病理学诊断,同时采用Hybri Max技术,对558例患者的宫颈细胞进行HPV DNA检测和分型。结果558例患者中,细胞学异常的370例,并对异常者做病理学诊断,结果为:慢性炎症80例,CINI70例,CINII76例、CINIII82例、宫颈癌62例。②全部患者均进行HPVDNA的检测与分型,其H...
