非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇在冠状动脉病变时的临床价值
目的探讨非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（non-HDL-C）与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法选取108例冠状动脉造影检查阳性的患者的血清,以健康体检者为对照,检测其总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、载脂蛋白A1（ApoA1）、载脂蛋白B（ApoB）,分析各血脂指标与冠心病的关系;并将冠心病组按病变程度分为单支病变组和双支病变组、3支及以上病变组,分析各指标与病变程度的关系。结果①与对照组相比,冠心病组TC、LDL-C、non-HDL-C显著增高。而HDL-C显著降低,P<0.05;②TC、non-HDL-C随病变支数的增多而增高,P<0.0...
