GAMBLER AND NON-GAMBLER GAMES (ON THE ISSUE OF LEGAL REGULATION)
The article views and distinguishes the games subject to legal regulation. The cases of ungrounded qualifications of some deals as gambler games are viewed. The features allowing to distinguish between gambler games and other civil-legal deals are revealed.
