Au temps passé d’une comptine : application d’outils phylogénétiques pour reconstruire une tradition orale
One problem in the study of children's games is reconstructing their history and ancestral forms. Here I will borrow tools from evolutionary biology for this purpose. I will apply this method to a well-dated corpus of a famous English nursery rhyme: The Grenadier.
