THE REVISED CRITERION OF PISARENKO-LEBEDEV TO EVALUATE THE STRESS STATE OF STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES
The improved variant of Pisarenko-Lebedev criterion for estimation of a stress limit state for materials of building structures is presented. It has been obtained with taking into account the maximal residual tensile stresses acting in a localized zone.
