NF-κB在卵巢癌顺铂耐药株COC1/DDP中的表达及意义
目的探讨NF-κB在卵巢癌COC1/DDP顺铂耐药中的生物学作用。方法应用Westernblot法检测COC1、COC1/DDP两细胞株细胞核内NF-κB p65蛋白表达差异。结果COC1/DDP细胞核内NF-κB p65蛋白表达明显高于亲本株COC1。结论COC1/DDP对顺铂耐药可能与NF-κB核内活化表达有关。
