Cardiac lipoma of the interventricular septum presenting with chest pain

In this case report, we describe an incidental finding of interventricular septum lipoma in a 55-year-old man who came to our attention for chest pain. The ECG showed no changes compatible with ongoing ischemia. While laboratory tests documented increased troponin levels with normal D-dimer levels....
