LncRNA与肿瘤关系的研究进展
<正>长链非编码 RNA(Long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)位于细胞质或细胞核中，长度超过200nt，是一类非编码 RNA 分子，可通过结合表观遗传蛋白修饰其靶基因；与 mRNA 碱基互补结合，抑制翻译和降解；作为ceRNA 竞争性结合 microRNA 等方式调控基因的表达，参与调节机体的各项生命活动<sup>[1-2]</sup>。
