CT血管造影在脑动脉瘤诊断中的应用
目的 探讨CT血管造影 （CTA）在脑动脉瘤诊断中的作用。方法 回顾性研究 10 0例脑动脉瘤手术患者的CTA检查结果 ,其中 2 0例同时行DSA检查 ,并与手术结果相对照。结果 10 0例患者CTA所见除 1例假阳性动脉瘤和漏诊 1例外 ,与DSA及手术结果完全吻合。CTA可显示动脉瘤的三维解剖结构 ,为诊断和治疗提高依据。结论 CTA可以作为蛛网膜下腔出血及可疑动脉瘤患者的首选检查方法 ,完全可依据CTA制订手术方案。
