一种基于二元树复小波变换的特征提取
利用二元树复小波变换(DT CWT)良好的方向选择性和矩阵奇异值分解(SVD)的稳定性,作者提出了一种新的特征提取方法并用于车牌汉字识别.实验证明该方法比二维实小波变换具有更好的识别效果.
