Survivin、MMP-2和MMP-9在大肠癌的表达及其相关性

目的通过免疫组织化学技术研究存活素（survivin）、基质金属蛋白酶-2、-9（MMP-2、MMP-9）在大肠癌、大肠腺瘤、正常大肠粘膜中的表达及其与大肠癌生成、侵袭转移之间的关系;探讨survivin、MMP-2和MMP-9之间的关系。方法选取临床资料完整的40例大肠癌、30例大肠腺瘤和30例正常大肠粘膜,采用免疫组化S-P法。结果大肠癌中survivin、MMP-2和MMP-9的表达均明显高于正常大肠粘膜、大肠腺瘤（P<0.05或P<0.01）;大肠腺瘤中survivin、MMP-2和MMP-9的表达明显高于正常大肠粘膜（P<0.05或P<0.01）;survivin的表达在DukesC...
