在胃癌前病变中幽门螺杆菌的联合检测
目的阐明幽门螺杆菌在胃癌前病变中的感染情况。方法应用ＣＬＯ－ｔｅｓｔ、组织学和分子生物学方法联合检测患者 胃粘膜活检标本中幽门螺杆菌感染。结果不典型增生、肠化生组织中Ｈｐ的检出率显著高于正常胃粘膜。Ｈｐ感染和患者年 龄、性别无关。结论Ｈｐ可能在从浅表性胃炎→肠化生→不典型增生→胃癌的发生过程中起一定作用。
