Sensor for measuring cryogenic temperatures based on Si-Ge whisker crystals
The thermoresistive and thermoelectric characteristics of heavily doped Si-Ge whisker crystals have been investigated. Based on these properties, a sensor for measuring cryogenic temperatures has been developed, which remains functional under the influence of magnetic fields.
