阿舒假囊酵母(Eremothecium ashbyii)原生质体制备与再生的研究
阿舒假囊酵母(Eremothecium ashbyii)在经0.4％巯基乙醇30℃预处理15分钟的菌丝体,其菌龄以对数期为宜。在蜗牛酶浓度8mg/ml、纤维素酶0.lmg/ml及果胶酶0.05mg/ml的作用下,pH为6.0～7.5,以0.7M甘露醇或0.gM蔗糖作稳定剂,有利于此种酵母原生质体的制备和再生.
