甲氨蝶呤对骨肉瘤细胞株的作用观察
目的研究甲氨蝶呤（MTX）对体外培养骨肉瘤细胞株（HOS）生长的影响及端粒酶活性方面的作用。方法采用MTT法检测不同浓度的甲氨蝶呤对骨肉瘤细胞株（HOS）生长作用;TRAP-PCR-ELISA法检测端粒酶活性的变化。结果甲氨蝶呤对骨肉瘤细胞株（HOS）有生长抑制作用,且呈时间,浓度依赖性。甲氨蝶呤可以降低骨肉瘤细胞株（HOS）端粒酶活性。结论甲氨蝶呤对体外培养骨肉瘤细胞株（HOS）的生长及端粒酶活性有抑制作用。
