ON FIMDAMENTAL PRINCIPLE OF THE ALLOYS MODIFICATION THEORY
It is shown that the basis of the theory of alloys modification is refinement of nano-crystals surfaces and growing crystallizing centers of the phases from blocking surface-active elements and molecular hydrogen.
