肝细胞癌患者血清VEGF水平与侵袭和转移的相关性研究
目的 探讨肝细胞癌 （HCC）患者血清中血管内皮生长因子 （vascularendothelialfactor,VEGF）的表达水平与肝癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法 应用ELISA法对 80例HCC、6 8例肝脏良性疾病患者和 4 0例健康人的血清标本进行VEGF活性检测。结果 HCC组血清VEGF水平〔（42 9 6 1± 2 12 18）pg ml〕 ,与肝脏良性疾病组〔（15 3 4 7± 89 77）pg ml〕及健康人组〔（116 79± 5 6 39）pg ml〕比较 ,差异均有显著性 （P值均 <0 0 1） ;HCC转移组患者血清VEGF表达水平与未转移组相比 ,差异有显著...
