呼吸窘迫综合征早产儿血清维生素A、降钙素原及皮质醇水平变化及意义
目的探讨呼吸窘迫综合征（respiratory distress syndrome,RDS）早产儿血清维生素A（Vitamin A,VA）、降钙素原（Procalcitonin,PCT）及皮质醇（Cortisol,Cor）水平变化及其相关性。方法选取2013年3月至2015年5月本院收治的51例RDS早产儿（RDS组）和54例非RDS早产儿（对照组）为研究对象,比较两组早产儿RDS患儿血清VA、PCT以及Cor水平,分析不同临床分级RDS早产儿血清VA、PCT以及Cor水平差异及其相关性。结果与对照组相比,RDS组早产儿血清VA水平显著降低,PCT和Cor水平明显提高,差异均具有显著性（P<0...
