TGG和RTGG在压电陶瓷方面的研究进展
织构型多晶压电陶瓷,以其相对于非织构型陶瓷优越的性能并且相对于单晶有造价低廉的特性,近年来受到广泛的关注和研究,而TGG(Templated Grain Growth)和RTGG(Reactive-Templated Grain Growth)是制备织构型多晶陶瓷的两种典型的方法.本文介绍和比较了这两种制备技术,总结了近年来有关TGG和RTGG制备技术的研究进展,并为这两种技术今后的研究提出了一些建议.
