Extensive seborrheic keratosis of penis with multiple urethrocutaneus fistulas—A case report
Seborrheic keratosis is an epidermal tumor that rarely occurs in the genital region. We report a rare case of extensive seborrheic keratosis along with multiple urethrocutaneus fistulas in which total penectomy, scrotectomy, perineal urethrostomy, and relocation of bilateral testis were done.
