误诊为急性心肌梗死的甲亢合并应激性心肌病1例
<正>应激性心肌病(stress cardiomyopathy,SCM)又称为takotsubo心肌病、心碎综合征、心尖球形综合症等,一种由精神或躯体应激下发生的,临床表现酷似急性心肌梗死,有一过性的左心室收缩功能障碍性的疾病。因在临床上其容易被误诊为急性心肌梗死。现报道1例误诊为急性心肌梗死的甲亢合并应激性心肌病患者。
