PAN-S分光光度法测定汞
研究了Hg2+与PAN-S的显色反应条件,该配合物的最大吸收波长为550nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.9×104L?mol-1,汞含量在0～60μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。通过巯基棉分离富集汞,选择性提高,方法用于工业废水、污泥样品中微量汞的测定,结果令人满意。
