胰岛细胞瘤的定位诊断
目的 研究胰岛细胞瘤定位的最佳方法。方法 对吉林大学中日联谊医院 1 96 6年～ 2 0 0 0年收治的 1 7例胰岛细胞瘤患者进行术前B超、CT及术中彩色多普勒超声检查 ,对 3种检查方法定位的准确性进行比较。结果 术中彩色多普勒超声诊断胰岛细胞瘤的定位准确率达 91 7% ,远远高于术前B超的 58 8%及CT的 6 6 7%。结论 术中彩色多普勒超声是定位诊断胰岛细胞瘤的最佳方法
