BacT/ALERT 3D检测系统在快速检测结核分支杆菌中的应用
目的评价BacT/ALERT 3D检测系统在快速检测结核分枝杆菌中的应用价值。方法对336例结核患者的痰液,胸腔积液,病灶组织,脑脊液等标本同时采用BacT/ALERT 3D检测系统和涂片法进行检测。结果 BacT/ALERT 3D检测系统快速培养分支杆菌的阳性率为39.9%,阳性检测时间为14.1天,涂片法阳性率为14.7%,阳性检测时间为1天。结论 BacT/ALERT 3D检测系统能快速,准确的检测分支杆菌,是一种值得推广的分支杆菌快速检测方法。
