脐血中CD56<sup>bright</sup>CD16<sup>dim</sup>/<sup>-</sup>NK细胞亚群的检测
目的了解新生儿脐血NK细胞和CD56bright20CD16dim/-NK细胞亚群的比率,探讨CD56bright20CD16dim/-NK细胞在脐血低免疫应答中的作用。方法使用血细胞分析仪计数淋巴细胞;采用流式细胞术检测脐血、母亲及对照组中NK细胞和CD56bright20CD16dim/-NK细胞亚群的比率。结果脐血中淋巴细胞计数显著高于母亲及对照组;NK细胞比率无显著性差异;CD56bright20CD16dim/-NK细胞高于母亲及对照组;母亲组CD56bright20CD16dim/-NK细胞高于对照组。结论脐血中丰富的CD56bright20CD16dim/-NK细胞是脐血低免疫应...
