Study on correlation between illness uncertainty and coping styles of parents of children with tourette syndrome

[目的]调查多发性抽动障碍患儿父母的疾病不确定感和应对方式现状,探讨二者之间的关系。[方法]应用疾病不确定感父母量表（PPUS）和简易应对方式量表（SCSQ）对122例多发性抽动障碍患儿父母进行测评。[结果]多发性抽动患儿父母的疾病不确定感得分为（91.52±9.74）分,处于较高水平,积极应对与疾病不确定感复杂性呈负相关（P<0.05）,消极应对与疾病不确定感总分呈正相关（P<0.05）。[结论]临床工作中应对多发性抽动障碍患儿母亲的疾病不确定感进行评估并给予个体化干预,降低其疾病不确定感,提高其应对水平。
