La ciudad de Santiago posee una morfología excéntrica que le da continuidad histórica a pesar de la aparente indefinición de su apariencia. Una lógica operatoria estética, pero también ética y existencial, comanda en ella el abandono de un centro simultáneamente espacial y mítico
