<i>Thrixopelma nadineae</i>, a New Theraphosine from Ecuador (Araneae: Theraphosidae)
<i>Thrixopelma nadineae</i> sp. nov. is described from Loja, Ecuador, based on the male, which possesses distinctive palpal bulb, metatarsal and tibial apophysis morphology. The new species represents the second species of <i>Thrixopelma</i> to be recorded from Ecuador.
