Changes in the mobility in the Madrid metropolitan area. The increasing use of the private transport.
Changing processes in metropolitan areas are producing more extended, discontinuous, disperse and fragmented spaces.. As a result, changes in transport demand are observed too. This paper analices changes in modal split in Madrid, using data of two mobility surveys.
