bFGF在大鼠心肌纤维化中的表达
目的研究bFGF在大鼠心肌纤维化中的表达。方法注射盐酸异丙肾上腺素（Isoprenaline Hydrochloride,Iso）2 mg.kg-1复制大鼠心肌坏死模型。采用常规染色,免疫组化染色以及RT-PCR方法分析bFGF蛋白表达。结果 bFGF蛋白表达随病变程度的加重而增加,与正常对照组比较差异有显著性。结论 bFGF参与了缺血性心肌纤维化的发生发展过程。
