Sesquiterpene lactones. XXXVII. Germacranolides in the genus Stizolophus Cass.
Three germacranolides, hitherto unknown in this species, were isolated from the herb, Stizolophus balsamita (Lam.) Cass. ex Takht. They were identified as: 8α(4'-hydroxy) - senecioyloxy-9α-hydroxyparthenolide, isospiciformin and 8α,9α-dihydroxyparthenolide.
