Fetal and neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia: A rare case report of prenatal treatment
Key Clinical Message Fetal and neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia (FNAIT) is a rare but serious condition. The first‐line antenatal management of FNAIT consists of weekly IVIG with or without corticosteroids, ideally starting before 16 weeks of gestation.
