MAIN FORMS OF CORRUPTION IN ELECTION PROCESS
The article grounds the existence of corruption in election process, and gives definition of this complex social-legal phenomenon. The analysis of a bulk of elective relations reveals the main forms of corruption in elective process, based on bribery or using official position.
