两种精子优选法对精子运动参数、活率影响
目的 评价Percoll密度梯度法和上游法两种精子分离方法对精子运动参数和活率影响。方法 应用计算机精液分析仪进行精子运动参数分析 ,伊红 Y染色分析精子活率。结果 Percoll和上游两种方法优选后精子运动能力和活率均明显高于优选前 （P <0 0 0 1）。结论 Percoll和上游法优选后精子运动能力和活率增加。
