ON SOME PROVISIONS OF THE MODERN FEDERAL LEGISLATION CONCERNING CORRUPTION COUNTERACTION
The article views such provisions of the Federal law On corruption counteraction as: disqualification as a means of corruption prevention; suitability of the life-long (indefinite) deprivation of the right to take governmental and local authorities positions for grave corruption crimes.
